Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead industrialization of new products: define operating methods, tooling and production means to transfer prototypes into scalable manufacturing.
  • Validate and pilot production trials, monitor pre-series and ramp-up activities to ensure conformity with quality, cost and timing targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement of series products through root-cause analysis, corrective actions and process optimization.
  • Integrate health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements into product development and industrial processes.
  • Develop technical specifications, work instructions and control plans; train production teams on new processes and standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, sourcing and production to ensure seamless industrialization and supply readiness.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing or equivalent.
  • Entry-level candidacy accepted; openness to recruit recent graduates or candidates with initial production experience.
