Role & Responsibilities
- Lead industrialization of new products: define operating methods, tooling and production means to transfer prototypes into scalable manufacturing.
- Validate and pilot production trials, monitor pre-series and ramp-up activities to ensure conformity with quality, cost and timing targets.
- Drive continuous improvement of series products through root-cause analysis, corrective actions and process optimization.
- Integrate health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements into product development and industrial processes.
- Develop technical specifications, work instructions and control plans; train production teams on new processes and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, sourcing and production to ensure seamless industrialization and supply readiness.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidacy accepted; openness to recruit recent graduates or candidates with initial production experience.
- Creative problem-solver with pragmatic, results-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Proven ability to document processes and produce clear work instructions; comfortable with pilot runs and shop‑floor trials.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with CAO/PAO tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work on site at the Issoudun ateliers and engage directly with production teams.
