Louis Vuitton seeks an Industrial Project Assistant intern in Paris (2nd) — 6‑month on‑site internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and production projects for jewelry collections: analyse drawings and specifications, define project objectives and schedules, and coordinate resources to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Assist the project lead with double‑sourcing initiatives: manage supplier onboarding from development through first production orders, and quantify improvements in price, capacity and lead‑time.
- Participate in budgeting and cost monitoring for development activities; update development budget on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and consolidate technical dossiers and product specifications; enter and verify product data in the industrial PLM database.
- Manage prototype flows and the Launchmetrics tool for prototype movements; coordinate counter‑sampling with new industrial partners.
- Monitor production performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise delivery performance.
- Perform administrative and regulatory tasks related to prototypes, entrusted items and internal requisitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in engineering, business school or equivalent university qualification.
- Strong rigour and precision with an aptitude for technical understanding.
- Proven ability to prioritise, adapt and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborative team player who is autonomous, diplomatic and proactive in proposing solutions.
- Good oral and written communication; comfortable representing project information to internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English.

Experience
Entry‑level — student or recent graduate status; academic project work or prior internships in product development, production or industrial project support is desirable.
Education
Master’s level student in engineering, business school or equivalent university programme.
