Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc production reporting for the Asnières site (productivity, material consumption) and for head office (period close analyses related to stock, hours and technical data).
  • Provide operational financial support to workshop teams by developing and monitoring operational KPIs and animating corrective action plans to improve flow efficiency and cost performance.
  • Contribute to the budgetary process by ensuring reliability, consolidation and timely updating of budget data.
  • Control and validate product price sheets in collaboration with technical teams and drive initiatives to optimise cost‑of‑goods.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information recorded in the ERP (SAP).
  • Act as the site reference for a specific internal control topic: plan and perform periodic cross‑audits and coordinate remediation plans with operational teams.
  • Participate in cross‑site or site transversal projects with operational teams and corporate management control colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school, engineering school or university with a finance/management emphasis (Master’s level preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in industrial/management control or manufacturing costing within a production environment.
  • Solid command of management control techniques, budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP) and working with databases; strong comfort with data extraction and reconciliation.
  • Rigour, autonomy, strong analytical and synthesis capabilities and the ability to build productive working relationships with operational teams.
  • Capacity and willingness to validate hypotheses on the shop floor and to follow through on implemented improvements.

Experience
