Role & Responsibilities
- Define and pilot the roadmap for the Industrial Logistics & Quality domain
- Manage a team comprising one internal collaborator and external SAP expert consultants
- Pilot the factory infrastructure to ensure service continuity and deliver necessary solution improvements in an agile operating model
- Direct an international project portfolio spanning SAP implementations, logistics, quality, automation, and traceability initiatives
- Foster stakeholder relationships with Product Owners, Key Users, and business unit leadership to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into solutions
- Ensure adherence to quality, cost, schedule, and risk management commitments
- Conduct active technology monitoring and drive innovation projects in artificial intelligence, robotics, automated storage systems (AutoStore), industrial vision, and process digitalization
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing SAP projects in an international industrial environment
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial logistics, quality, and supply chain processes
- Proven success in team leadership and cross-functional team management
- Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum), Jira, and collaborative tools
- Change management acumen and proven ability to guide user adoption of new solutions
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities within complex organizational ecosystems
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Sensitivity to luxury industry values and demonstrated commitment to excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creativity

Minimum 10 years of experience managing SAP projects in an international industrial environment, with proven success in steering continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations and demonstrating leadership across multidisciplinary teams in complex, fast-paced luxury goods environments.
