Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct an audit of existing content on e-learning platforms.
  • Participate in the development and structuring of training programs.
  • Design digital educational materials, including e-learning modules and interactive supports.
  • Contribute to change and transformation projects related to industrial finance.
  • Critically assess existing content and suggest improvements.
  • Support the deployment of Industrial Finance projects at the Pont-Neuf site.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a program related to HR, Training, Learning & Development, or Change Management with an interest in finance, or in Finance/Management Control with a strong interest in pedagogy.

Skills

Strong understanding of basic financial concepts such as management control and industrial finance. Interest in transformation projects and change management. Familiarity with new digital training technologies. Ability to structure educational content clearly and concisely. Analytical, critical, and constructive thinking. Autonomy, creativity, and eagerness to learn.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Currently pursuing relevant education in HR, Finance, or related fields.
