Role & Responsibilities

  • Validate sample garment conformity and measurements against standardized industrial prototypes, collaborating with production and industrialization team leaders
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of collections, production processes, finishing techniques, and quality protocols through engagement with headquarters
  • Ensure adherence to stylistic and qualitative requirements while optimizing industrialization processes and maintaining required quality standards
  • Conduct final conformity verification of products, colorways, and components using PLM systems
  • Provide detailed, illustrated monitoring of each sample garment, identifying technical issues and proposing solutions
  • Coordinate delivery unlock phases to support business timelines
  • Update technical tools, documentation, and product component lists
  • Manage multiple industrialization projects concurrently

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, quality control, or industrialization
  • Proficiency with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
  • Strong understanding of knitwear and jersey production processes
  • Knowledge of textile quality standards and measurement protocols
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination with production, design, and headquarters teams
