Louis Vuitton seeks an Industrial Cost Controller for Fine Jewellery operations in Paris. Full-time hybrid role based at this luxury Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to monthly close-outs (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and budget-building processes
- Establish, analyse and monitor product costing across sourcing, development, manufacturing and billing phases
- Track raw materials procurement and ensure correct inventory valuation
- Monitor internal workshop industrial performance
- Provide financial support to various industrial projects
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives including RJC certifications, SAP updates and PLM system evolution
- Coordinate inventory management cycles including preparation, execution, analysis and presentation to external auditors
- Monitor and record asset destructions
- Ensure adherence to management procedures across all operational workflows
- Deliver operational support to jewellery division teams
Qualifications
- Bac+5 qualification (business school, engineering school, university or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or financial control
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting principles
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent English language capability
- Recognised for client-focused orientation, adaptability and emotional intelligence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cost management, financial control or related accounting disciplines within a manufacturing or luxury goods environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree +5 years (Bac+5 qualification) in accounting, finance, business administration, engineering or equivalent discipline.
