Louis Vuitton seeks Industrial Cost Control Manager in Paris to lead manufacturing financial performance and cost optimization across operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cost control teams across manufacturing facilities, ensuring robust control environments and continuous improvement
  • Manage full P&L accountability for manufacturing operations, including variance analysis against budget forecasts (initial, revised, final) and performance metrics
  • Coordinate budgeting processes (planning, budget, revisions) in collaboration with industrial, HR, and supply chain stakeholders
  • Oversee optimization and deployment of financial systems (SAP, Power BI) and deliver user training across operations
  • Develop and maintain industrial performance measurement frameworks; formalize and update processes to enhance analysis capability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify, automate, and strengthen industrial performance reporting
  • Collaborate with central functions (Production, Continuous Improvement, Supply, Quality, HR) on performance measurement methodologies
  • Manage P&L components including raw materials, value-added costs, material losses, and capital expenditure analysis
  • Coordinate cash flow forecasting, financing strategies, and statutory obligations (audits, tax reporting, works councils)
  • Serve as dedicated financial liaison to legal and tax departments on behalf of manufacturing operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial cost control or manufacturing financial management
  • Advanced expertise in industrial performance management and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing direct reports and financial communities
  • Proficiency in financial system optimization, reporting tools, and performance analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset, intellectual rigor, curiosity, and perseverance
  • Natural leadership presence with strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration orientation
  • Fluent in French (required)
