Louis Vuitton seeks an Industrial Coordinator for leather & denim RTW in Buscate, Italy. 5+ years required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the product industrialization process while maintaining aesthetic standards, quality control, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules
- Prepare technical documentation including sewing standards, technical specification sheets, standardization files, and compliance dossiers
- Oversee and monitor all phases of prototype refinement and industrialization to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, laboratories, and internal departments to improve processes and respect industrialization timelines
- Specify the range of tools and operations necessary for product optimization and technical implementation
- Ensure adherence to design and quality requirements whilst optimizing the industrialization process and maintaining required quality standards
- Coordinate delivery release phases to facilitate business continuity
- Monitor and implement continuous improvements to industrialization processes, updating operational procedures both internally and with external suppliers
- Maintain and update technical tools, documentation, and product component specifications
- Coordinate multiple concurrent industrialization projects effectively
Qualifications
- Degree or advanced diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ready-to-wear industrialization specialist in leather and denim categories
- Advanced knowledge of CAD, LECTRA, PLM, and PDMI software platforms
- Expert-level understanding of textile materials, leather finishing techniques, and denim treatments
- Comprehensive knowledge of apparel and textile development and production processes
- Ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior team members
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to interface effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a ready-to-wear industrialization specialist in leather and denim product categories. Candidate should demonstrate proven success in managing complex industrialization projects, cross-functional collaboration, and technical process optimization within a luxury fashion environment.
Education
Degree or advanced diploma in fashion design, textile engineering, industrial engineering, or related technical discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Buscate, Lombardy, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
