Louis Vuitton Industrial Controller in Venice — responsible for budgeting, forecasting, monthly close and production cost control at the Fiesso D'Artico production site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and monitor production performance (standard variances, consumption, efficiency and other operational metrics).
- Develop, document and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business management.
- Lead monthly close activities and prepare financial reporting to share results with operational stakeholders.
- Build and run scenario simulations to provide decision support for management.
- Prepare budget and forecasts and enter financial data into the company ERP system.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and define or introduce new policies and procedures where required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies across the production site and participating entities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial/Management Engineering.
- Minimum five years' experience in structured manufacturing environments or industrial companies.
- Proven ability to prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly financial closes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex production and financial information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Autonomous, deadline-oriented and able to perform in a matrix organisation.
- Good command of English and/or French.
- Previous experience supporting the start-up of a production site or consulting on finance processes is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial controlling within structured manufacturing or industrial environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial/Management Engineering.
