Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all management control operations, including budget creation, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Support Finance management and plant leadership in gathering strategic decision-making information to drive business development
- Conduct monthly closing activities in accordance with Headquarters guidelines, preparing and documenting monthly management reporting
- Perform critical variance analysis against standards and forecasts, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Develop key performance indicators to support daily business management
- Prepare budget and forecast projections
- Analyze business processes in collaboration with other operational functions and actively participate in process improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of new management systems within the controller's area of responsibility
- Actively participate in cross-functional improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structured manufacturing environments
- Strong relational and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Consolidated knowledge of production issues and workflows with ability to identify critical aspects
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to contribute to objective definition and achievement
- Experience in matrix organizational structures with results-driven focus
- Proficiency with integrated management information systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English
- Preferred: prior experience launching new manufacturing operations
- Availability for business travel as required

Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in structured production environments, with demonstrated capability in management control, financial analysis, and process improvement. Previous experience in launching new manufacturing operations is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
