Louis Vuitton — Industrial Controller in Buscate, Italy. On‑site position overseeing plant controlling, budgeting, costing and SAP implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as guarantor of the site’s economic results, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reported figures
- Design, organise and develop the site controlling model for the ready‑to‑wear industrial activity, consolidating key economic and operational KPIs
- Own the annual budget process and subsequent forecasts; prepare and present results to executive management
- Monitor and drive product costing and pricing activities to support commercial and production decisions
- Lead month‑end closing activities in coordination with the accounting team
- Accompany implementation and development of IS (SAP) within the controlling domain, ensuring correct mapping of administrative and controlling processes
- Share results and insights with operational functions, monitoring fixed and variable costs and capital expenditures
- Maintain direct relations with the French group controlling lead on matters pertaining to controlling
- Promote continuous process improvement and introduce new controls where necessary; participate in cross‑functional projects and the Louis Vuitton controller community
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures; execute and document ad‑hoc financial analyses
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Management Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multinational industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally within apparel or luxury goods
- Proven ability to operate in a matrix organisation and collaborate with operational teams
- Strong analytical aptitude, proactivity and problem‑solving skills; capacity to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines
- Good command of English and/or French (verbal and written)
- Practical experience with SAP is preferable
- Willingness to travel within Italy and to France for business

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial controlling within a multinational industrial or manufacturing company; experience in apparel/leather goods manufacturing and SAP-driven controlling strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Management Engineering.
Workplace
This position is based in Buscate, Lombardy, Italy, within easy reach of Milan.
