Louis Vuitton seeks Industrial Controller in Barberà del Vallès, Spain for permanent on-site role managing financial control and performance metrics in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise the management control system, its policies, procedures, and application across departmental areas
- Coordinate plant performance management, including objective definition and real-time tracking
- Coordinate plant budgeting processes with local and central departments
- Execute budgetary control by analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions
- Coordinate monthly and annual closings with the legal entity team
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting to local and central departments
- Conduct monthly analysis of primary financial indicators including income statement, margins, hourly rates, and capital expenditure
- Collaborate with logistics for inventory and materials control
- Support activity growth and continuous process improvement
- Operate SAP systems for financial management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller in industrial environments
- University degree in Finance
- Fluency in French and/or English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a controller role within manufacturing or industrial production environments.
Education
University degree in Finance or related financial discipline.
