Louis Vuitton internship in Campllong, Spain — Industrial Continuous Improvement Intern at Atelier Girona (6+ month, on‑site).
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in on‑site projects to enhance productivity, product quality, workplace safety and ergonomics at the Atelier in Campllong (Girona).
- Support the development and deployment of methods and tools for production (Agile methodologies, 5S, Kaizen) to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with implementation of process and flow adaptations to improve industrial performance on both manual and automated operations.
- Provide operational support to production line management and apply theoretical knowledge to daily manufacturing activities.
- Take part in international benchmarking meetings and contribute to cross‑site improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Availability for a minimum 6‑month internship placement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Desirable: familiarity with Power BI and CAD/design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other Autodesk products.
- Good command of English and/or French.

Experience
Beginner — designed for students with limited professional experience; prior internship or academic project work in production or process improvement is an advantage but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies or a closely related engineering discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 8 per hour.
