Louis Vuitton seeks an Industrial Auditor to assess manufacturer and supplier compliance with its requirements, support corrective action and continuous improvement, and monitor industrial performance. The role is permanent, full-time, on-site, classified at Level 4S under the CCNL Pelli e Cuoio, and involves frequent travel of approximately 80% of working time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate manufacturer and supplier workshops against an industrial framework, including capacity, capability, traceability and management systems.
- Develop and propose action plans suited to each workshop’s operational realities.
- Lead and monitor the deployment of corrective action plans (CAP).
- Assess the alignment between operational resources—personnel, machines and know-how—and the workload associated with the order book.
- Monitor production in progress and product traceability throughout the supply chain.
- Verify alignment between physical and IT flows.
- Support partner suppliers and factories in continuous improvement through in-depth root-cause analysis of non-conformities, on-site support to improve overall performance, identification and sharing of best practices, and contributions to the evolution of internal standards.
- Raise awareness of and train partners and suppliers on the Maison’s requirements.
- Monitor the visit schedule weekly and report visit results to management.
- Monitor the closure rate of corrective action plans (CAP).
- Analyze recurring non-conformities and technical or organizational roadblocks, and propose structural improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in international social audit standards: SA 8000, BSCI, ICS and ISO 45001.
- Solid industrial knowledge and mastery of continuous improvement processes, such as ISO 9001.
- Good command of Office software, particularly Excel.
- Analytical skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand complex and/or highly artisanal manufacturing processes.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Frequent travel, approximately 80% of working time.

At least 3 years of auditing experience in a demanding industrial environment.
