Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive field visits and evaluations of manufacturer and supplier workshops using an industrial assessment framework focusing on capacity, capability, traceability, and management systems
- Develop and propose corrective action plans (CAP) tailored to each workshop's operational context, and lead their deployment and monitoring
- Assess alignment between operational resources (personnel, machinery, expertise) and production workload relative to the order book
- Monitor production progress and product traceability across all stages of the manufacturing chain
- Verify alignment between physical inventory flows and IT systems
- Provide on-site support and mentoring to partner suppliers and factories on continuous improvement methodologies
- Conduct root-cause analysis of non-conformities and identify systemic organizational or technical obstacles
- Raise awareness and deliver training on the Maison's quality and operational requirements to manufacturing partners
- Maintain weekly visit schedules and report audit findings to management
- Track the closure rate of corrective action plans and analyze recurring non-conformities to formulate structural improvement proposals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in demanding industrial environments
- Proficiency in international social audit standards: SA 8000, BSCI, ICS, ISO 45001
- Solid industrial knowledge and mastery of continuous improvement processes such as ISO 9001
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Ability to understand and assess complex and highly artisanal manufacturing processes

Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in demanding industrial environments with demonstrated expertise in assessing manufacturing compliance, capacity planning, and operational capability.
