Louis Vuitton seeks an Indirect Tax & Trade Compliance Specialist in Singapore to support finance projects, GST compliance and cosmetics registrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, focusing on finance system enhancements and SAP changes from a finance perspective.
- Gather and document requirements (process flows, user requirements, control points); coordinate testing and UAT, track issues and manage stakeholder communications.
- Drive project coordination activities including project plans, milestone tracking, meeting minutes, action logs and status reporting to ensure timely delivery.
- Standardize and document finance workflows impacted by system changes and assist with change management deliverables (user communications, training materials, SOP updates).
- Oversee cosmetics product registrations and renewals across assigned APAC markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, with possible extension to Thailand, Vietnam and other countries).
- Track and monitor regulatory submissions, liaise with in‑country teams and external consultants, and maintain accurate regulatory trackers and documentation.
- Provide support on broader trade compliance tasks as required, such as import licensing, customs classification and audit/investigation management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in finance operations, finance projects, tax/compliance support or project coordination.
- Experience supporting GST/indirect tax compliance, audit support or documentation control.
- Proven project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross‑regional stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Experience
Minimum three years’ experience in finance projects, finance operations or compliance roles. Demonstrated exposure to SAP or other finance systems in a business‑user capacity and experience coordinating cross‑functional or regional projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred — accounting, finance or related field.
