Louis Vuitton is hiring an Indirect Procurement Manager in Seoul. Lead indirect sourcing, P2P initiatives and supplier relationships for the Korea market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement indirect procurement strategy for Korea aligned with global objectives to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Identify and deliver cost‑savings across indirect spend categories through market analysis, strategic negotiation and demand management.
  • Lead end‑to‑end tender and sourcing processes, including requirements definition, RFP evaluation, cost analysis and supplier selection.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, pricing structures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to secure favourable terms.
  • Define and enforce procurement policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls, local regulations and ethical standards.
  • Design and deliver training on procurement policies and processes to internal stakeholders and end users.
  • Drive continuous improvement of purchasing processes by leveraging technology, global best practices and P2P adoption.
  • Establish supplier performance evaluation and vendor assessment tools to monitor quality, delivery, and supplier risk prior to onboarding.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders (Events, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, IT) to align procurement with business needs.
  • Lead P2P implementation initiatives and manage strategic sourcing projects (e.g., real estate) from sourcing through contract execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant professional certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement experience with a strong, dedicated focus on indirect procurement.
  • Proven hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end procurement operations, including tenders, contracting and supplier onboarding.
  • Demonstrated experience in luxury, consumer goods or retail environments preferred.
  • Practical experience with P2P (Procure‑to‑Pay) system implementation preferred.
  • Proven capability to work autonomously and take ownership of procurement initiatives from strategy through execution.
