Louis Vuitton — Indirect Procurement Apprentice (alternance) in Paris: 12-month apprenticeship starting Oct 2026 supporting sourcing, contracts, supplier performance and digitalisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support buyers and category managers across the end-to-end indirect procurement cycle.
- Participate in supplier sourcing and market analysis to identify competitive options and innovations.
- Assist in the preparation and launch of competitive procedures (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and analyse supplier bids on qualitative, financial and CSR dimensions.
- Contribute to budget monitoring, savings tracking, KPI follow-up and supplier performance management.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reporting packs and executive synthesis presentations.
- Support contract drafting and lifecycle management (clauses, amendments, renewals) and contribute to compliance and risk-management topics.
- Take part in cross-functional transformation projects: procurement digitalisation, process improvement and supplier data structuration.
- Contribute to sustainability and RSE initiatives within the indirect purchasing scope.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university or equivalent programme.
- Marked interest in procurement, negotiation, project management and working within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical rigour.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools and procurement platforms is an advantage.
- Good level of English.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional procurement experience required; internship/apprenticeship experience or academic projects in purchasing, sourcing or supply chain are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in business, engineering, supply chain, procurement or a related discipline.
