Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, implement, and adapt visual display guidelines in accordance with Central and Zone directives, tailored to Marina Bay Sands market requirements
- Collaborate with retail leadership to integrate business objectives whilst ensuring elevated brand image and desirability in-store
- Mentor country visual merchandising teams' performance and work quality to meet brand standards and align with established VM guidelines
- Lead and establish visual display standards for window presentations, key events, renovations, and product launches in partnership with Merchandising and Retail teams
- Oversee all in-store merchandising and window displays to ensure compliance with Central and Zone standards
- Oversee and optimize visual merchandising props usage and maintenance across the Maison store
- Identify employees with visual merchandising strengths within the network for development and advancement
- Train and facilitate orientation of new in-store visual merchandisers
- Set visual performance expectations and proactively manage team performance against established benchmarks
- Coach, train, motivate, and develop visual merchandising team members and retail ambassadors to support succession planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment with regional exposure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated sensitivity towards fashion and design trends
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and deliver results under tight timelines
