Louis Vuitton seeks an In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Taichung, Taiwan — responsible for window displays, rotations, props inventory and event installations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, select and implement window and niche displays in accordance with zoning proposals; coordinate props distribution and perform quality checks post-installation.
- Plan and execute VM rotations: discuss zoning with store/category in-charge and Senior VM manager, schedule implementations and submit photos for Area VM review.
- Maintain daily visual standards across all categories (Accessories, Shoes, RTW, W&J); manage in-store refreshes for launches, mid-season and pre-visit preparations.
- Manage props stock room: organise stock, maintain and update inventory lists, ensure props are repaired or reordered as needed.
- Coordinate with store teams for product preparation, manpower allocation and adjustments to displays for commercial events and CRM activations.
- Provide on-site support for trunk shows, pop-ups and invitation-only events, including night-shift installations when required.
- Communicate VM guidelines to store staff regularly and liaise with head office regarding product availability and substitution solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' professional experience in exhibition, pop-up or brand event space setup and retail visual merchandising.
- Proven ability to coordinate window display changes and new product presentations according to pre-defined schedules, including night shifts.
- Demonstrated experience in props management, inventory control and basic photographic documentation of installations.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and flexibility to perform under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- High attention to detail, physical ability to perform installations, and a customer-centric attitude aligned with luxury retail standards.

Experience
At least 5 years' relevant experience in exhibition/pop-up/brand event setup or retail visual merchandising, with hands-on responsibility for window and in-store installations and schedule-driven rotations.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification in visual merchandising, retail, design or a related discipline preferred.
