Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Singapore to maintain brand standards and enhance the client experience through strategic merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate window installations with country office and local suppliers, managing product rotations according to brand guidelines
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and product rotations in consultation with Store Management and category leaders
- Manage product preparation, database location changes (RMS), and physical installation across all departments
- Collect qualitative feedback and photographic documentation following each rotation to share with Country Visual Merchandiser
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify best practices to inform merchandising strategy
- Serve as brand ambassador and role model, demonstrating active passion for visual merchandising and product knowledge
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Team Managers, Senior Client Advisors, and Expert Advisors on visual merchandising concepts for business events and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to ensure luxury retail standards across lighting, windows, props, furniture, and product displays
- Manage reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proven passion for luxury fashion and brand heritage
- Strong product knowledge across multiple categories
- Experience in luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
