Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandiser in Singapore – Full-time retail position ensuring luxury brand consistency and store excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and flawless execution of window installations in partnership with the Country Office and local suppliers, ensuring impeccable storytelling and the highest luxury standards
- Plan and execute store zoning and product rotations in close collaboration with Store Management to optimize client flow, category visibility, and product elevation
- Manage product handling end-to-end, including back-of-house preparation, RMS updates, location changes, and final installation with exceptional quality and visual harmony
- Propose alternative products in response to stock constraints while preserving visual coherence and commercial impact
- Leverage visual merchandising as a strategic driver of sales performance and client engagement, collaborating with Store Management and specialist teams
- Support in-store events and activations by implementing tailored visual concepts that maximize visibility and results
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on lighting, props, furniture, and windows to meet luxury retail standards
- Share structured qualitative and photographic feedback with the Country Visual Merchandiser following each rotation
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and share best practices to continuously elevate store presentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated sensitivity to fashion trends
- Proven ability to multitask and deliver results within tight timelines

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail. Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising design, window display execution, and store layout optimization is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training or certification in visual merchandising, retail management, or related field is advantageous.
