Louis Vuitton seeks a full-time, temporary In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Madrid to uphold visual merchandising standards across all product categories and support the sales team as a Client Advisor when needed. The role covers product zoning, display implementation, event support, sales-performance feedback and daily store and product maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Product Specialists on business matters, including sales trends, launches and collections, and on visual merchandising guidelines, both permanent and seasonal.
  • Develop store product zoning for each category—Leather Goods and Accessories, Shoes, Ready-to-Wear, and Watches and Jewelry—in collaboration with Product Specialists and Store Managers, and with Area and Regional Visual Merchandising teams when needed.
  • Prepare product lists in advance for new displays.
  • Install products on walls, hangers and tables in line with global guidelines and business strategies.
  • Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events and support related events and product initiatives.
  • Photograph each wall, hanger and table at every rotation and report to Country-Area Visual Merchandising.
  • Review sales performance and adjust product zoning in collaboration with store teams and Country-Area Visual Merchandising.
  • Share visual merchandising implementations with store teams and gather and relay their feedback.
  • Communicate key directives to Client Advisors.
  • Monitor store maintenance and environment to uphold retail standards.
  • Ensure lighting is focused on products and displays meet Louis Vuitton standards, including category presentation, ironing, folding and mannequin styling for Ready-to-Wear; check prop quality and reorder when needed; and inspect window lighting and cleanliness.
  • Maintain products on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support the sales team as a Client Advisor when needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in visual merchandising, with 2–3 years stated.
  • Experience with multicategory brands, including Ready-to-Wear.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work full time and weekends.
