Role & Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs and product narratives into compelling visual merchandising strategies for boutiques, pop-ups, and retail events
- Oversee the execution of display guidelines, in-store presentations, and planogram designs to ensure consistency and impact across all locations
- Lead retail activation planning and coordinate timely, on-brand execution for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Develop innovative display concepts, materials, and techniques that elevate the Maison's product storytelling and brand identity
- Integrate consumer behavior insights, trend forecasting, and sales analytics into creative and strategic decision-making
- Safeguard the Maison's visual codes and ensure all display elements—from lighting to props—authentically reflect brand DNA
- Coordinate closely with retail teams, store managers, and field merchandising teams to ensure flawless implementation of visual strategies
- Monitor execution quality, collect feedback from retail partners, and drive continuous improvement in visual merchandising operations
- Manage documentation, guidelines, and training materials for visual merchandising standards and best practices
- Transform retail spaces into inspiring client destinations that maximize conversion, dwell time, and brand perception
- Adapt displays in real-time to market conditions, product availability, and client feedback to ensure local relevance
