Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and elevate product storytelling through inventive materials, props and spatial narratives aligned with the Maison’s visual codes.
  • Integrate consumer insights, trend forecasting and sales analytics into visual decisions to maximise sell-through and dwell time.
  • Coordinate retail activation planning and lead timely rollout of launches, ensuring flawless, on-brand execution with store teams and field merchandising.
  • Monitor execution quality, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement through documentation, guidelines and training resources.
  • Adapt displays in real time to local market, product and client feedback while balancing creative ambition with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in visual merchandising within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of boutique displays, window concepts, planograms and retail event executions.
  • Strong aesthetic judgement with the ability to safeguard and interpret brand visual codes.
  • Commercially minded with capacity to translate sales and consumer insight into visual strategies that drive conversion.
  • Excellent organisational, project-management and stakeholder-collaboration skills; able to coordinate cross‑functional teams and third-party suppliers.
