Louis Vuitton In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Kowloon: lead visual displays, product rotation, and brand presentation in a luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product rotations according to the VM calendar in partnership with the In-Store VM Manager and store management
- Coordinate with the Country office, suppliers, and business partners to ensure flawless window installation and campaign imagery implementation
- Work collaboratively with the Merchandising team and store management to align store changes with business requirements
- Report and provide feedback to the Country VM Manager and Store Managers following each rotation cycle
- Maintain a strong on-floor presence and deliver frequent training to store teams to ensure consistent presentation standards
- Support store events and special requests, including setup and coordination
- Manage out-of-store event participation with focus on setup and ongoing maintenance
- Ensure the store environment is maintained to the highest luxury standards
- Oversee the reordering of visual props and maintain cleanliness of in-store storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience in multi-category fashion retail
- Demonstrated background in luxury retail environments
- Strong understanding of visual presentation principles, art direction, and fashion aesthetics
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising within multi-category fashion retail, with demonstrated expertise in luxury brand environments and retail-specific display standards.
