Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product rotations in-store according to the VM calendar in partnership with the In‑store VM Manager and store management.
- Coordinate closely with Merchandising and store teams to align visual changes with business priorities and inventory cycles.
- Manage window installations and campaign image add‑ins, liaising with the country office, suppliers and external partners to ensure flawless rollouts.
- Provide post‑rotation reporting and constructive feedback to the Country VM Manager and Store Managers.
- Maintain the store environment to the highest luxury standards through floor presence, regular maintenance and coaching of store teams.
- Support in‑store and off‑site events with setup and ongoing maintenance; manage prop reordering and organisation of in‑store storage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in visual merchandising within multi‑category fashion retail.
- Demonstrable background in visual merchandising, window dressing and retail display execution.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility for style, art and fashion, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional attitude, ownership mentality and a clear passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including event schedules and store peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive visual merchandising experience in fashion retail, ideally across multiple product categories and high‑end luxury environments.
Education
Diploma or degree in visual merchandising, fashion, design or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail visual merchandising.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Kowloon, Kowloon, Kuwait.
