Louis Vuitton seeks a part-time In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Istanbul, Turkey. Manage displays and product zoning for luxury retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Store Director/Manager and Product Specialists on business issues including sales trends, new launches, and collections, alongside visual merchandising guidelines
  • Elaborate store zonings for each product category in consultation with Product Specialists, Store Managers, and Area & Regional VM teams
  • Coordinate with Area VM and local suppliers for window and backlight installations
  • Manage window product rotations approximately every two weeks
  • Prepare product lists in advance for new displays and installation on walls, hangers, or tables per global guidelines and business strategies
  • Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events and support product actions
  • Photograph walls, hangers, and tables for each rotation and report to Country-Area VM
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust product zoning collaboratively with store team and Country-Area VM
  • Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to ensure proper lighting focus, product display standards, prop quality, and window cleanliness
  • Maintain retail standards through continuous environmental checks and day-to-day product maintenance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of visual merchandising background
  • Experience with multicategory brands, including ready-to-wear
  • Proven track record supporting store business through visual merchandising strategies
  • Fluent English; additional languages considered advantageous
