Louis Vuitton In-Store Trainer in Macau SAR. Lead retail training, onboarding, and client experience development for luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct on-the-job induction training for new staff to ensure seamless adaptation to brand culture and client engagement skills
- Partner with Store Managers and L&D Managers to reinforce onboarding with new joiners and ensure knowledge retention post-classroom training
- Facilitate métiers and service indicator training during onboarding to continuously elevate facilitation capabilities
- Conduct key learning activities from the Learning Team with 100% coverage of the selling team within designated launch timelines
- Collaborate with business drivers and Merchandising teams to facilitate Daily Morning meetings and training sessions for product launches and brand focus animations
- Update and develop in-store training materials to support ongoing learning needs and maintain Learning Partner momentum
- Lead and foster an in-store coaching culture, conducting regular refresher training based on operational needs and individual staff performance gaps
- Actively observe shop-floor performance and provide feedback to Store Managers on individual progress and client advisor priorities
- Support Store Managers in building individual coaching plans through gap analyses, focusing on selling skills, Client Experience, Clienteling, and high-end product knowledge
- Manage, monitor, and analyze the quality and impact of all in-store training activities through feedback and active shop-floor observation
- Leverage the Learning App to track and follow up on learning progress and completion rates across the team
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in design and delivery of training courses, particularly in the retail industry
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and persistent with strong articulation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to think and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in training design and delivery within the retail or luxury goods sector, with demonstrated expertise in onboarding programs, product knowledge training, and coaching development for retail teams.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; professional qualifications in training and development, adult learning, or human resources are advantageous.
