Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive in-store training focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service behaviors aligned with brand standards
- Provide ongoing high-quality coaching and constructive feedback to frontline teams to ensure skill application and individual growth
- Plan, resource, and schedule all in-store learning initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to develop and co-create training content and programs
- Track and manage learning-related key performance indicators, including completion rates, training quality, and new hire performance metrics
- Build and activate a strong learning community that reinforces store culture and develops a customized talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Retail frontline training or coaching experience
- Deep business acumen and strong understanding of the luxury goods industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive talent development and elevate customer experience
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations
