Louis Vuitton In-Store Learning Manager position in Hangzhou, China—lead retail team development and learning operations in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store learning initiatives focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, team culture, and service behaviors
- Provide ongoing, high-quality coaching and constructive feedback to frontline teams to support skill application and individual growth
- Develop, plan, and manage all in-store learning strategies, resources, curricula, and monthly/quarterly scheduling
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams on content creation and program development
