Louis Vuitton Seoul seeks an In-store Client Development Specialist (1-year contract) to drive VIC relations and exclusive client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with VICs through exceptional client experience events, activities, and in-store animations
- Implement strategies to enhance client experience and increase client loyalty across all touchpoints
- Support execution of effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to recruit new high-potential clients
- Collaborate with the Private Client Relations and Events teams to create strategies and bespoke experiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams on planning exclusive events to recruit, upgrade, and reactivate client segments
- Ensure brand standards are applied and maintained across all client experience interactions
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, recommending areas for business development and improvement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and sales activities
- Manage budgeting and cost control for all activities, monitoring results and profitability
- Provide hands-on support and execution to deliver exceptional experiences for private client relations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury client management, VIC relations, or high-end hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in VIC treatment and exclusive client programme management within a luxury environment
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning, client segmentation, and relationship management
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and profitability analysis
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury client relations, VIC management, or high-end hospitality sectors. Previous experience in F&B management or VIC treatment within a luxury or premium environment is essential. Background in event management, menu development, vendor relations, and financial analysis is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred. Relevant training in luxury hospitality, client relations, or culinary arts is beneficial.
