Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement in‑store visual merchandising strategies that express the Louis Vuitton brand and create a consistent, compelling narrative across store environments.
- Lead, coach and supervise a team of junior in‑store visual merchandisers to ensure flawless execution of global visual guidelines and standards.
- Plan, design and install window displays, fixtures and product presentations for permanent stores, pop‑ups, temporary stores and events to optimise the customer experience and support sales objectives.
- Partner closely with Retail, Client Development & Communication and Product Management to align visual initiatives with commercial objectives and client behaviours.
- Monitor and audit in‑store standards continuously, providing feedback and corrective action to maintain aesthetic excellence and compliance with global directives.
- Contribute practical guidance and creative input to the Regional Visual Merchandising team and support cross‑store rollouts or special regional projects.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers involved in production, installation and maintenance of visual elements and fixtures.
- Identify industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance presentation and traffic conversion.
- Support the training and professional development of junior VM staff to cultivate a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum six years' experience in visual merchandising within luxury fashion or high‑end retail, with demonstrable supervisory experience.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail dynamics, fashion trends and the ability to translate brand identity into impactful in‑store storytelling.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with experience motivating and developing small VM teams.
- Strong organisational ability with experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with VM planning and presentation tools.
- Ability to travel between stores in Hong Kong as required and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
- Fluent spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
