  • Coordinate HR budget exercises for accurate workforce management.
  • Lead and develop a small HR team, ensuring alignment and growth.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful HR experience.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in legal frameworks and labor law. Fluency in English. Analytical and observational acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Influential and autonomous work style.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in a Human Resources role, demonstrating successful management and strategic HR initiatives.

Education
