Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as principal HR business partner and trusted advisor to senior management, providing counsel on talent management, skills development, organizational change, performance management, and labour relations
  • Oversee HR administrative processes and coordinate with payroll and personnel administration teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and career development initiatives; identify high-potential talent and facilitate individual development planning
  • Manage internal mobility and succession planning; participate in organizational and talent reviews (OMR)
  • Design and deploy cross-functional HR projects including training, diversity initiatives, employee wellbeing programmes, and HR information systems deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR practices and service delivery
  • Develop and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts; oversee payroll management and annual salary review campaigns

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR generalist roles
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of French labour law and social legislation
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and HRIS platforms
  • Strong recruitment and talent selection expertise
