Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans in partnership with regional and corporate leadership to optimize workplace performance and support business objectives
  • Oversee all centralized human resources activities including employee reviews, headcount management, staff cost analysis, and corporate-deployed projects
  • Conduct strategic recruiting and talent acquisition to build high-performing teams aligned with business requirements
  • Partner with business leaders on performance management coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational design initiatives
  • Lead change management efforts and manage organizational transitions with strong communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Cultivate team development through continuous learning programs, training delivery, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
