Louis Vuitton seeks a Human Resources Manager in Miami to support regional retail operations. USD $110,000–$140,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify developmental needs and manage succession planning for high-potential talent
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions utilizing internal platforms
  • Manage compensation initiatives, including bonus plans and merit increases
  • Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback aligned to business objectives
  • Interpret and implement HR policies while providing strategic guidance on employee relations matters
  • Conduct investigations into employee concerns in partnership with the corporate HR team
  • Serve as key liaison for corporate HR functions including leave requests, workers' compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
  • Travel across assigned markets to provide hands-on HR support and ensure consistent policy implementation

Qualifications
