Louis Vuitton seeks a Human Resources Manager in Miami to support regional retail operations. USD $110,000–$140,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify developmental needs and manage succession planning for high-potential talent
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions utilizing internal platforms
- Manage compensation initiatives, including bonus plans and merit increases
- Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback aligned to business objectives
- Interpret and implement HR policies while providing strategic guidance on employee relations matters
- Conduct investigations into employee concerns in partnership with the corporate HR team
- Serve as key liaison for corporate HR functions including leave requests, workers' compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
- Travel across assigned markets to provide hands-on HR support and ensure consistent policy implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain high discretion and make sound judgments
- Capacity to travel within Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Tennessee markets
