Louis Vuitton Singapore HR Intern (PMO & Administration) – 6-month internship from January–June 2027 at Ngee Ann City Office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and managing HR-related projects across various teams and engagements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Support coordination of initiatives including onboarding, employer branding, and corporate social responsibility programs
- Review and maintain HR handbooks and policies related to employee benefits, staff welfare, and employee lifecycle workflows
- Support preparation, coordination, and consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, and initiatives

- High adaptability and flexibility to new ideas, procedures, and team dynamics
- Strong organizational skills with ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
