Louis Vuitton Human Resources Intern in Singapore. Support HR operations and employee engagement programs across the South Asia zone for 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Singapore Head Office, Singapore Retail, and Zone Talent team's HR projects and initiatives from planning through execution of employee engagement events and programs
- Track and manage HR-related projects across various teams and engagements within the South Asia regional office population
- Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Coordinate engagement initiatives including planning events and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for onboarding, employer branding, and corporate social responsibility programs
- Support the review and consolidation of employee handbooks and policies related to benefits, staff welfare, and employee lifecycle workflows
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, and initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to a six-month full-time internship from July to December 2026
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with strong organizational skills
- Adaptable and flexible with openness to new ideas, people, and procedures
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Curiosity regarding complex business environments and a capacity to manage ambiguity
- Proficiency in managing multiple engagements and coordination across teams

Experience
Beginner level experience; exposure to human resources, business operations, or project coordination environments is beneficial.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
