Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR project management for the Singapore Head Office, Singapore Retail and Zone Talent teams, from planning through execution of employee engagement activities.
- Track and manage HR projects and deliverables across teams serving the South Asia regional office population.
- Coordinate onboarding, employer branding and corporate social responsibility initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required.
- Assist in review and updating of employee handbook content and HR policies related to benefits, staff welfare and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Prepare, coordinate and consolidate human resources reports, presentations and project documentation to support regional HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Available to commit to a full‑time, six‑month internship from July to December 2026 and able to work on‑site at Ngee Ann City Office, Singapore.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptable, proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross‑functional environments with a collaborative, ‘can‑do’ attitude.

Experience
Entry‑level internship; no prior full‑time HR experience required. Academic coursework or prior exposure to HR, people operations, or project coordination is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
