Louis Vuitton Human Resources Intern in Seoul — summer internship supporting recruitment coordination and HR operations (on-site).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and tracking progress in hiring workflows.
- Assist with interview-day logistics and hiring operations to ensure a consistent, high-touch candidate experience.
- Coordinate recruitment communications with internal stakeholders and external candidates, maintaining confidentiality and professional tone.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve recruitment process efficiency and employer branding, proposing pragmatic ideas and supporting implementation.
- Support ad hoc HR operations and administrative tasks related to onboarding and talent documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (undergraduate students only).
- Demonstrable interest in luxury retail and human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; professional demeanour when interacting with candidates and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, accountable and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Fluent English preferred.

Beginner level; no prior professional HR experience required. Candidates should be undergraduates with a keen interest in recruitment and HR operations and able to commit to a full-time, on-site summer internship.
