Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Talent Manager on priority Talent & HR projects, including University Relations, job description development, and Talent Acquisition KPI tracking.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of Talent Acquisition training materials and related communications.
- Develop employer branding concepts and content for the Career Site, LinkedIn and other candidate-facing platforms.
- Support budget management, vendor liaison and on-site facilitation for HR-hosted events.
- Perform talent acquisition administration tasks: post job advertisements, maintain candidate records and provide logistical support for events such as the Horizons Kick-Off Day 2026.
- Work on ad hoc HR projects and provide general administrative support to the Talent team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in human resources, business, communications or a related discipline.
- Legally authorized to work in the USA and able/willing to work on-site in New York City (4 days per week).
- Proven organizational aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Prior coursework or internship experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition or employer branding is preferred.

Entry-level: currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student; prior internship experience in HR or related exposure preferred but not required.
Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field.
