Louis Vuitton seeks an HR Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support People & Culture initiatives, recruitment, and employee engagement across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in guiding employees through standard HR processes and Group policies
- Support the coordination of leadership coaching sessions and the distribution of performance tools
- Help prepare communication materials for internal HR initiatives and change management plans
- Drive full-cycle recruitment support by scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a continuous talent pipeline
- Assist in the creation of development plans and the mapping of team competencies
- Support the implementation of team-building activities, culture programs, and engagement surveys
- Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure documentation standards are met
