Louis Vuitton seeks a Human Resources Intern to join the HR team at its ateliers in Barberà del Vallès. The internship requires an agreement for at least 6 months and offers flexible scheduling adapted to study timetables; the role supports HR operations, employee queries, internal communications, talent identification and training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn HR protocols, projects and indicators, including daily and weekly absence analysis and reporting, and contribute to measures to reduce absenteeism.
- Support employee queries concerning holidays, time-off permits and payroll questions.
- Work with the HR Manager on internal communications action plans for the site.
- Collaborate with and support initiatives from other departments.
- Attend and participate in Human Resources meetings to learn about action plans.
- Prepare departmental presentations.
- Support the HR Manager and other Human Resources teams in identifying internal talent and organizing relevant training.
- Propose initiatives for development within the HR area.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or a similar field and/or a specialized Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Able to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months.
- English and/or French language skills.
