Louis Vuitton in Sarras, France seeks an HR Development Manager (6-month CDD) to lead recruitment, training and talent programmes at the leather goods atelier.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, deploy and animate the atelier’s talent development and recruitment strategy in partnership with line managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the workshop, from sourcing to hiring, and monitor recruitment KPIs to optimise processes.
  • Lead onboarding programmes to ensure a smooth integration for new hires and guarantee consistency with Maison standards.
  • Design, implement and oversee the annual training plan; identify training needs in collaboration with managers.
  • Manage the training budget (hours and euros) and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Pilot the Parcours Pro Maroquiniers and the tutor network of the École Savoir-Faire (selection, training and follow-up).
  • Develop training engineering and learning offers aligned with corporate directives and participate in Maison learning projects.
  • Animate training commissions and represent training topics at the Works Council (CSE).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • First professional experience in recruitment, talent development or generalist HR — experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and complex HR projects.
  • Solid knowledge of current training regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal aptitude.
