Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advisory to leaders, guiding managerial decisions in line with Group policies, frameworks and best practices.
- Coach and develop leadership capabilities through structured coaching, performance tools and talent conversations.
- Design and coordinate organisational change initiatives, including transition plans, stakeholder mapping and communication strategies.
- Lead performance management cycles, integrating assessment tools, feedback methodologies and development planning.
- Develop and deploy talent programmes: competency mapping, succession planning, assessment centres and targeted development activities.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment to maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with operational needs and future growth.
- Manage employee relations matters using policy interpretation, mediation techniques and compliant resolution approaches.
- Implement engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen team dynamics and translate feedback into workplace improvements.
- Oversee HR operational processes and documentation standards, ensuring quality controls and alignment with centres of excellence.
- Analyse workforce metrics and produce actionable insights to inform resourcing, performance and compensation decisions.
- Support compensation reviews by integrating market benchmarks and internal equity considerations.
- Coordinate implementation of HR projects according to milestones, stakeholder requirements and governance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or senior generalist in retail, luxury or consumer goods.
- Proven capability in performance management, talent development, full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience coaching managers and senior leaders.
- Sound judgment in policy interpretation and practical resolution of complex employee matters.
- Analytical proficiency to interpret workforce data and translate metrics into recommended actions.
- Familiarity with compensation review processes and market benchmarking practices.
- Ability to design and deliver change management, engagement and learning initiatives in a commercial context.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' HR experience with demonstrable exposure to HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations and HR operations; experience within retail or luxury environments is strongly preferred.
