Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit Team Managers, Expert Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors, Stock Controllers and other roles through full-cycle recruitment including brief development, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offers and payroll onboarding
- Build and cultivate a candidate network through professional networks and educational partnerships to identify emerging talent
- Develop and implement recruitment programs and partner with learning teams to design comprehensive onboarding experiences
- Develop succession planning for all employees to strengthen the wider talent pipeline
- Conduct Organization Management Reviews in collaboration with the HR Director
- Coach managers on performance management, individual development plans and career progression
- Coordinate attendance at EMEA development programs and proactively manage employee mobility
- Drive the performance management cycle and monitor team performance against business priorities
- Participate in annual MyImpact and ICR performance review campaigns
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, ensuring competent management and full legal compliance
- Ensure awareness of local employment legislation and proactively communicate legal changes to the organization
- Take a proactive approach to CSR activities and health & safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner or HR Manager level experience
- Strong knowledge of Belgian employment legislation
- Bachelor's degree in HR studies; Master's degree preferred
- Fluent in English
- Full breadth of HR knowledge spanning recruitment, talent management, compensation, employee relations and organizational development
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience at HR Business Partner or HR Manager level. International and multi-country HR experience is preferred. Experience working in fast-moving, dynamic organizations is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant HR studies required; Master's degree preferred.
