Louis Vuitton — Paris: Human Resources Apprentice (alternance) supporting Retail France & Monaco HR team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for Retail France & Monaco: collect hiring needs, pre-screen CVs, conduct phone pre-screenings and follow candidates through to final offer (CDI, CDD, internships, apprenticeships).
- Coordinate campus and apprenticeship campaigns, develop local school partnerships and represent the maison at recruitment events and forums.
- Manage job postings and candidate sourcing channels (creation, publication and removal of adverts; internal and external dissemination).
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in liaison with HR Business Partners and store managers to ensure an exemplary candidate and new-hire experience.
- Perform HR administration tasks: register occupational health entries/exits, draft employee letters and attestations, create purchase orders and monitor local HR budgets.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and reporting; track training logistics and coordinate sessions on Louis Campus.
- Contribute to internal communications and engagement (WhatsApp groups, posters, newsletters) and support organisation of HR events and store visits.
- Act as HR contact for apprentices and interns, manage their follow-up autonomously and animate the trainee/alternant community.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, university degree programme or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- First experience in human resources (internship or similar) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Organised, responsive, motivated, autonomous and proactive in managing tasks and escalating when appropriate.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
