Louis Vuitton Paris: 6-month HR & Talent Acquisition Campus Internship supporting global recruitment initiatives for interns and apprentices (Jan 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment initiatives for interns and apprentices across business schools, engineering schools, fashion schools, and equivalent institutions
- Collect staffing requirements from business managers and provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process
- Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining exceptional candidate experience standards
- Manage all recruitment activities from initial outreach through final offer stage
- Develop and strengthen school partnerships through events, presentations, and forums
- Execute employer branding and talent attraction campaigns targeting young professionals
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences, including orientation sessions and integration content
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to interns and apprentices throughout their tenure
- Organize internal Campus community events and engagement initiatives
- Conduct end-of-internship reviews and feedback sessions to drive program enhancement
- Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, candidate volume, application quality, and conversion rates
- Establish regular reporting cadence and dashboards for stakeholder visibility
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions
- Contribute to cross-functional projects including talent pools, recruitment tools, workflows, and candidate journey optimization
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent programme
- Fluent in written and spoken French
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis skills
- Experience in a previous 6-month recruitment or HR internship programme (preferred but not required)

Experience
Entry-level or recent graduate with foundational understanding of HR practices and talent acquisition fundamentals. Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR functions is advantageous but not required.
Education
Current or recent Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent university-level qualification.
